In general- all merchandise is subject to stock availability

At Blu Mitten we try our best to maintain an accurate count on inventory but time to time we may experience a discrepancy and are unable to fulfill your entire order. In this instance we will fulfill the available merchandise for you and contact you via email about whether you would prefer another in stock item or if you would prefer us to process a refund.


Unhappy with your purchase? Blu Mitten will happily accept returns and exchanges as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of your order and are returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in sell-able condition.

  • Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
  • Once returns are received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your order. If approved a refund will be processed and a store credit will be issued.
  • Blu Mitten will refund the value of merchandise but will not refund the value of shipping cost.
  • All sales items are final


  • Ground shipping/flat rate-$7.95
  • Next Day- $25.00
  • Free ground shipping in orders over $100
  • domestic shipments are in transit for 3-7 days
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 days of payment of order.
  • Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking information from which you can track the process of your order.
  • Next day shipping is available upon request for an additional charge of $25
  • All orders must be made by 2pm EST to be shipped over night.

*Note: There’s no signature required upon delivery and you will be 100% responsible for lost , stole , or missing items. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
